Throughout all ages,
to all mankind,
trees have stood as
symbols of life.

The Leaves of our
Tree of Remembrance
represent those we wish to honor.

The Branches are symbolic
of the way Memorial Hospital
of Lafayette County reaches
out to provide services.

The Trunk symbolizes
the strength of the Memorial
Hospital of Lafayette County
as it meets the needs of all people.

The Roots of the Tree are
firmly planted in the soil
which is the sure foundation
upon which the Tree depends
for its Life and Fruit.

All leaves will have black name plates with gold lettering. They may
be inscribed to honor, memorialize, or commemorate persons,
families, or events which have been significant in our lives. Your tax
